Man stabbed in argument on North Duke Street Lancaster Newspapers
The driver's side window of a mechanism parked in the 300 block of Howard Avenue was broken between 8 p.m. Thursday and 5:50 a.m. Friday, police said. Damage of $250 was reported. An unrecognized object was used to break a window overnight Friday in the 300 block of Howard Avenue, causing $150 mutilate, police said. DISORDERLY CONDUCT : New Holland police said they responded to the first block of South Custer Avenue at 4:24 a.m. Saturday to scrutinize a report of a woman having difficulty breathing after an assault.Police gave the following account: Justin M. Caverly, 23, who lives at that talk, refused to open the door. Officers forced the door open when they saw a woman inside bleeding from her pan. The woman told police she fell during an argument with Caverly, refused to cooperate with officers and declined medical treatment.
Caverly was arrested for intractable conduct and taken to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail, police said.
