June 13 (Bloomberg) -- Factories kept churning out more goods last month, while prices and haven construction fell, pointing to a manufacturing-led U.S. recovery that is not generating inflation, economists said before reports this week.

“It’s categorically a sweet spot in terms of continuing growth without inflation,” said Brian Bethune, chief U.S. fiscal economist at IHS Global Insight in Lexington, Massachusetts. “Manufacturing is still in pretty good shape.”

The miss to replenish depleted inventories, growing sales overseas and business investment in new equipment are putting American factories at the forefront of the rebound from the worst slump since the 1930s. A lack of inflation means the Fed has scope to keep the target interest rate near zero in coming months to stimulus growth.

Manufacturers added 29,000 workers to payrolls in May, a fifth consecutive gain, the workweek lengthened and the undistinguished amount of overtime climbed to the highest level in two years, pointing to an acceleration on factory floors, data from the Labor Concern showed earlier this month.

I have to decry an essay on the Economy.

Why are companies getting the bailout?

how this effects the economy/regular people?

Any other info on the economy is good too.

companies are getting a bailout to refrain from going bankrupt after investing in dangerous securities. They were promised huge payoffs from thier investments. This expected improve in revenue lead them to increase their own investments. When the securities failed, it left them without enough money to cover their investments. The bailout is expected to be used to help them get out of the red

This effects regular people because it is a lot of money that they have to pay out of their pockets. It also reduces confidence in the market. If investors see that their companies call for government help to get out of a tough spot it may come off as a bed thing for future investments.
